STEP ONE | Initial Call – 20 minutes (approx) | We offer an initial telephone call or whatever is convenient for you (email/ WhatsApp/ Video Call etc), to understand your requirements in more detail. From here we can send across fabrics & styles online specifically for you, so you can begin to favourite your choices

STEP TWO | Consultation – 1 -2 hours (approx) | A convenient slot is booked with you at your home, office or anywhere else (evenings also available). We will go through fabrics, linings, buttons and style options and take measures. Show us your favourite suit and shirt if you wish! Your order will then be processed

STEP THREE | Production – 5 -6 weeks (approx) Your order will then be put into production, our tailors will cut your individual garment and begin to create your first fitting for your suit, blazer, trouser or shirt. We would then be in touch to schedule the fitting appointment

STEP FOUR | Delivery – 45 minutes (approx) Your garments are then fitted on you. This is to ensure that everything is a perfect fit, any further adjustments are carried out and your outfits will be delivered after this fitting appointment, we will normally aim to deliver everything completed for you in 1 – 2 weeks
